School Pathway
Training Hours: 600
Complete 600 hours in a Board-approved aesthetics program, apply through the Board, and pass the required third-party licensing examinations, including the applicable written, practical, and state-law components. The credential covers nonmedical aesthetics services within West Virginia law and Board rules. Individual licenses renew annually by January 1. No routine practitioner continuing-education requirement was identified. Reciprocity applicants should use the Board's transfer process and provide verification of active licensure, education, and examination history.
